Equipped with advanced manufacturing and prototyping tools, the facility will serve as a hub for building aircraft prototype, its sub-modules, conducting drone flight tests, and accelerating eVTOL development.

MOSTAVIO has inaugurated a state-of-the-art research and development facility in North York, Ontario, reinforcing its commitment to innovation in the eVTOL sector. The new facility is designed to accelerate aircraft development, enabling the engineering team to build sub-modules, conduct drone flight tests, and advance propulsion and structural research.

Equipped with a comprehensive suite of advanced manufacturing tools, the facility includes a large 5-axis CNC machine, 4-axis CNC machining, laser cutting, 3D printing, a dedicated painting booth, and an oven for carbon fiber prepreg fabrication. This well-rounded infrastructure enables rapid prototyping and iterative development, allowing the team to refine designs with unprecedented speed and precision.

The North York R&D center strengthens MOSTAVIO’s position at the forefront of urban air mobility innovation, providing a fully integrated environment where advanced engineering meets real-world testing.
